Regulation Acceptance
Booking accommodation at Hotel Maremola implies acceptance of these regulations. The booker is responsible for it personally, even for the people accompanying him.
Rates
Prices are expressed in Euros and are intended for the accommodation booked and for the requested period.
The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water, bed and bathroom linen) and, where applicable, the indicated meals (breakfast or other). We reserve the right to change the published prices of our accommodations at any time without notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.
Possible additional costs (it is advisable to book them in advance):
Covered garage parking space €10 per night (to be booked).
Supplement for 4-legged friends € 5 per day.
Beach - it is advisable to book it in advance and to contact the numbers indicated in the confirmation email.
We no longer provide a full board service. As for lunch, there will be the possibility of eating on site with an à la carte menu from 12.30 to 14.00, dishes entirely made in our kitchen (also takeaway). As a customer, you are entitled to 15% discount on lunch.
Possibility of dinner with supplement (book on site) if not already reserved.
Tourist tax: €0.70 per night for people over the age of 12 for the first 5 nights from 01/04 to 30/10, to be paid locally, in cash, upon departure.
CHECK IN FROM 12.30 - CHECK OUT BEFORE 10
Please note that it is mandatory for all guests (including children) to be in possession of a valid identification document (identity card, passport or driving licence).
Children aged 0-1 can stay for free (if they sleep in the existing double bed).
We remind you of the booking and cancellation policies at the facility:
Failure to show up by 07.00 on the day following the expected arrival without written notice will result in the immediate cancellation of the entire stay.
Early departure does not involve any refund or reduction on the stay.
Unavailability of the accommodation occurred
Should force majeure prevent the reserved accommodation from being made available to customers, the Hotel Maremola reserves the right to be able to assign another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics at the same price, or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation, reimbursing to the guest the amount paid without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation in any capacity. It should be noted that apart from what you have paid, nothing else will be refunded or compensated, therefore no request for compensation will be taken into consideration.
